The State of Texas appeals the trial courts orders granting Jay Andrew Yorks motions to quash three informations charging him with indecent exposure. See Tex. Code Crim. Proc. Ann. art. 44.01(a)(1) (Vernon Supp. 2000). For reasons that follow, we reverse the trial courts orders and remand these causes to the trial court for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
